Our terms are very simple, and we don't require you to sign a contract or commit to minimum quantities. All we ask is that you honor a few simple conditions, and treat us fairly as we promise to treat you. Our terms and conditions are as follows:

• We assume you are in the business of reselling audio products, not just a consumer posing as a dealer hoping to buy at a discount. If we haven't heard of you, or seen your ads in popular magazines, we require proof that you are a dealer in the form of a Sales and Use Certificate issued by your state, and we'll ask to see your company web site. We also require payment at the time you order.

• In exchange for buying our products at a discount we expect that you will bring in new sales, not take sales away from us by undercutting our prices. Therefore we insist that you not advertise our products for a lower price than shown on our web site, or offer discounts like free or reduced shipping. But since we don't allow discounting, you avoid price wars with us or other dealers. However, you can give your customers the same quantity discounts we offer on our Prices page.

• RealTraps products are large and heavy, which makes them expensive to ship. Therefore, we're glad to drop-ship directly to your customers to save everyone the cost of shipping twice. When we drop-ship to your customers we'll send the invoice and FedEx tracking information to you (only) by email.

• If your customers have pre-sales questions they are welcome to contact us. If they identify themselves as your customer we will not try to sell to them directly. Or you can call us and ask on their behalf if you prefer.

• Unless specified otherwise we assume that MiniTraps and MondoTraps are the Standard bass trap types, as opposed to the HF models meant to control reflections and ambience. But we can't assume the color so please remember to ask your customers what color they want. A photo showing the available colors is at the top of the Products page.

• Acoustic treatment is not rocket science. However, there are a few things you should know to sell our products effectively - in particular, why RealTraps are better than other brands. • All products are built to order, and ship when they are ready. Our shipping queue is typically 10 to 14 business days, though PVBs usually ship within one week. Large orders can take five weeks or more. When you place an order, the invoice will indicate an estimated shipping date.
