REALTRAPS
STAND ASSEMBLY Compared to the original free-standing RealTraps Stand, this newer model based on steel pipes is lighter and easier to assemble. These stands may be used with all RealTraps products except MegaTraps. Two models are available: One uses 3/4-inch pipes suitable for use with MiniTraps, MicroTraps, and RFZ Panels. The other is sturdier using 1-inch pipes for use with MondoTraps, 6-inch thick Fat MondoTraps, and RealTraps Diffusers. The 1-inch model can also be used with the lighter panels. Each stand includes two long uprights, plus two shorter feet with protective rubber caps attached. Also included are four hose clamps to attach the upright poles to the RealTraps panel. The feet are pre-attached to the uprights, though you'll need a standard screwdriver to secure the hose clamps. |

It helps to place the panel on a table or other raised surface for the assembly steps that follow. | |

First insert the hose clamps into the outermost raised ribs of the panel's mounting bars as shown. Push the flat end of the clamp into the body and tighten the screw one or two turns. Tighten enough to hold the clamp in position, but leaving the circle open enough to slide the uprights into place for the next step below. |

Then slide the uprights through the hose clamps to whatever height you'd like the panel to be. Just be sure both pipe ends are the same distance from the top of the panel. |

Squeeze the hose clamp together and then tighten gently. The clamp should be tight enough to not slide around or rotate, but no tighter. | |

Voila, finished! |
